Relq Technologies Llc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the hands-on development of a new ERP application, operating remotely across Canada.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise-grade, multi-tenant systems and a strong vision for integrating AI tools to accelerate delivery. You will manage and mentor a team of engineers while architecting scalable backend services on .NET/C#, Angular frontend, and AWS infrastructure.

Position - Engineering Manager

Location: Remote (Canada)

Type - Contract-6Months with Possible Extension

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the from-scratch development of a new ERP application. This product will be a critical addition to our existing suite of SaaS products.

The ideal candidate is an architectural thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and possesses deep expertise in building enterprise-grade, multi-tenant systems. Crucially, we are looking for a visionary leader who is a "Pro on AI" someone who extensively leverages AI tools to accelerate development and can champion an AI-first engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build from Scratch: Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of a new ERP application from the ground up.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate the new ERP with our existing SaaS ecosystem.
• Leverage Existing Infrastructure: Utilize already-built backend platforms to handle core data routing, authentication/login, and other foundational services.
• AI-Driven Development: Act as the primary driver for utilizing AI coding assistants and methodologies to build the product rapidly and efficiently.
• Technical Leadership: Remain hands-on with the codebase while managing, guiding, and scaling a team of engineers.
