As a hands-on Lead Engineer and Architect, you will spearhead software architecture and technical execution for an enterprise-grade IoT asset tracking platform serving global industrial leaders across chemical, automotive, and energy sectors. Operating in an AI-first, fully remote environment, you will balance active coding with team leadership, system design, and process optimization. You will architect concurrent, fault-tolerant distributed systems using C# and .NET, oversee data modeling, and champion modern engineering practices like TDD and CI/CD. Beyond hands-on development, you will mentor a distributed team of engineers, drive internal AI tool adoption (such as GitHub Copilot), and collaborate with product teams to scale cloud infrastructure.
