The Team

Contributes to the success of Global Cash Management Technology, ensuring goals, plans, and initiatives support business strategies and comply with regulations and policies.

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead engineering teams to deliver global wire payment solutions through all project phases.
2. Monitor risks and dependencies, sharing updates with stakeholders.
3. Identify and resolve team and program issues.
4. Collaborate effectively at the program level with peers.
5. Support Agile training and foster a cultural shift towards agility.
6. Establish and lead communities of practice within the portfolio.
7. Mentor team members and leadership.
8. Promote a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
9. Consider the bank’s risk appetite in daily activities.
10. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all controls and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

1. At least 4 years managing technical teams.
2. Over 7 years in a technical role within an Agile environment.
3. Proven success in delivering large, multi-year projects.
4. Strong leadership under tight deadlines.
5. Effective stakeholder communication skills.
6. Ability to quickly acquire deep technical knowledge.
7. Continuous improvement mindset and leadership by example.
8. Familiarity with open-source DevOps tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins, Docker).
9. Knowledge of SWIFT Wire Payment processing is a plus.
10. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
