Responsibilities

• Understand and use estimating manuals, systems and forms.
• Review quantity survey work with lead or chief estimator.
• Perform drafting and design duties; handle quantity surveys.
• Provide quantities for major purchases to pricing.
• Transfer quantities with lead estimator; assist bid processes.
• Visit job sites periodically; build relationships with trades.
