Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. in Ashcroft, BC, is seeking an Engineering/Science Co-op student for a January–August 2027 full-time term.

You will work with an assigned manager to support capital projects and help improve plant safety and efficiency through hands-on engineering tasks. You will assist with drafting, modeling in AutoCAD/Inventor, and project management activities while collaborating with engineers, supervisors and tradespeople.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate engineering program.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Work on engineering projects from inception to closeout.
• Assist with tendering, planning, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with plant staff and shadow personnel to create SOPs.
• Assist in drawings and modeling with AutoCAD/Inventor.
• Contribute to health and safety documentation.
