*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical or industrial engineering principles, along with hands-on experience in CNC operations, robotics, and lean manufacturing practices.*Responsibilities** Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste.* Design and optimize production layouts using CAD software to enhance workflow.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.* Program and maintain logic controllers for automated systems.* Utilize SolidWorks for the design of mechanical components and assemblies.* Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects or modifications.* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the manufacturing process.* Provide training and support to production staff on new equipment and processes.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles.*Requirements** Master?s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.* Proficiency in Tekla and CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.* Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in CNC machining.* Familiarity with programming logic controllers and robotics systems.* Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.* Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to engineering challenges.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.* Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-engineering staff.Join us in driving innovation within our manufacturing processes while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
