Cummins Inc. is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join the team in Hinton, Alberta. This role requires performing diagnostics and repairs on both Cummins and non-Cummins engines at various mineral mine sites. You will work on a 7-on/7-off rotation with both day and occasional night shifts. The position expects adherence to strict safety policies and ongoing development on Cummins products.

Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs to engines at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in Kamloops, BC.
Position operates on a 7‑on/7‑off rotation with 12‑hour shifts under a collective bargaining agreement. The primary schedule will be day shift, though occasional night shifts may be required. You will support customers across multiple locations within our operating area and may assist at sister operations when needed. You will work at various mineral mine sites performing diagnostics and repairs on both Cummins and non‑Cummins engines and equipment.
Required: Journeyperson with red seal. Pre‑access Drug and Alcohol testing required for some sites. This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report free from major violations and must meet the conditions of the company policy.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
