Position includes access to subsidized staff housing, dynamic shifts, and extensive perks. Previous resort or child-care experience is valued, with mandatory Alberta Pro Serve certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a resort role.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Alberta Pro Serve Certificate required.
• Comfortable outdoors in wide temperatures.
• Strong communication with all ages and levels.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate activities for guests of all ages.
• Plan age-appropriate games and activities for children.
• Work independently and adapt to guest needs.
• Provide solutions to guest issues and feedback.
• Facilitate camps, campfires, movie nights and celebrations.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children in day camps.
