Role Overview:

We are looking for a Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding and training of retailers using Xarvio FIELD MANAGER. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth digital transition for customers, providing guidance, and strengthening relationships to drive successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers in successfully integrating Xarvio FIELD MANAGER into their daily operations.
  2. Accompany agronomists on farmer/customer visits to facilitate onboarding.
  3. Partner with the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER commercial team to target key geographies and agronomists.
  4. Collaborate with local BASF contacts to enable strong partnerships.
Delivery Assurance:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs and training sessions.
  2. Provide feedback to the Xarvio FIELD MANAGER UI/UX team for continuous improvement.
  3. Conduct regular evaluations of the onboarding process and suggest enhancements.
  4. Assist in data ingestion as needed to support a seamless customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:

Based in USA or Canada
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or agricultural-related fields.
High comfort level with digital tools and data management.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
Preferred locations: Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg/Brandon

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with BASF product portfolio.
  2. Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and training.
  3. Ag retail experience.
