We are looking for a Engagement Specialist to support the onboarding and training of retailers using Xarvio FIELD MANAGER. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth digital transition for customers, providing guidance, and strengthening relationships to drive successful adoption.
Based in USA or Canada
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or agricultural-related fields.
High comfort level with digital tools and data management.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
Preferred locations: Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg/Brandon
