RBC is seeking an Engagement Product Manager in Toronto to own scope, requirements and outcomes for agentic AI engagements. This role links business stakeholders with engineering squads to translate problems into well-scoped AI solutions with clear success criteria.
You will work within the AI Enablement team, partnering with executives and engineers on feasibility, trade-offs, and delivery governance to ensure value realization across RBC engagements.
We're looking for an Engagement Product Manager who will own the scope, requirements, and business outcomes for agentic AI delivery engagements across RBC. You'll serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and engineering squads, translating business problems into well-scoped agent solutions with clear success criteria, then ensuring what ships solves the problem.
At RBC Borealis, you'll be joining the Agentic AI Enablement team, a forward-deployed engineering force that embeds into strategic use cases across Lines of Business. You'll report through the Portfolio & Strategy Lead and be assigned to one or more active engagements depending on complexity. This role blends product management, solutions consulting, and business analysis in a technically complex AI delivery environment. You need to be comfortable in a room with business executives and equally comfortable partnering with engineers on feasibility and trade-offs.
RBC's AI Group is the AI accelerator for RBC, with a focus on driving the shift from early-stage AI projects to scaled, client outcomes that amplify the impact of RBC's people. In addition to helping scale the biggest AI opportunities at RBC, the AI Group is responsible for advancing research into emerging use cases across generative and agentic AI, while maintaining expertise in security, responsible AI and regulatory expectations. The Business Enablement function within the AI Group partners with LOBs and Functions to set AI ambition, originate transformation opportunities and frame programs for deliveryensuring RBC remains at the frontier of AI-enabled value creation.
