Job summary

Future Secure AI is a high-growth company building AI Co-Workers that go into production and deliver measurable client outcomes. As an Engagement Lead you will own end-to-end engagements from discovery through production, partnering with Delivery teams to scope, design, and deploy AI solutions for enterprise customers.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on ownership and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience, including 5+ years in Product Management or Consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in working and leading via the agile methodology.
• Proven experience managing customers at senior and executive levels.
• Ability to convert strategic ambiguity into executable plans.
• Strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes.
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics valued; hands-on development not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to drive clarity from ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into scoped AI Co-Worker solutions.
• Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience in collaboration with our Delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build and deployment phases.
• Align cross-functional teams, including analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, to keep builds on track.
• Own the quality of deliverables and the overall customer experience from discovery through production.

About The Role

As an Engagement Lead at Future Secure AI, youwill work acrossthe full lifecycleofbuilding and deploying an AI Co-Workerin partnership with our Delivery teams.Engagement Leadswill work across multiple AI Co-Worker builds at any one time which involvediscovery& scoping, build time, andproduction deployment.

What You Will Bring

• The ability to move from strategic ambiguity to executable plan
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams andoperatingataseniorlevel
• A strong bias toward ownership, delivery, and outcomes over recommendations
• Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics ishighly valued. Hands-on technical development is notrequired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillswith theability to drive clarity from ambiguity, synthesize complexdataand articulate recommendations .
