The Program Engagement Lead is responsible for defining and overseeing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects. The Delivery Lead will lead teams of Technical Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers through road mapping, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/coding, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. The role requires a strong blend of skills in business analysis and project management, serving as a trusted advisor to the customer. Managing client expectations, project scope, and demonstrating leadership are essential. The ability to engage with all client levels and provide recommendations and best practices throughout the service delivery cycle is also critical.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria
  2. Work with clients on creating and executing the project plan
  3. Oversee all project deliverables, ensuring adherence to Capgemini methodology and best practices
  4. Provide regular project status and burn reports to the client
  5. Identify, track, and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies
  6. Manage scope and change requests
  7. Manage client relationships at the project level
  8. Collaborate with Microsoft or other partners for engagements
  9. Establish resource plans aligned with budgets and track burn
  10. Drive project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are completed
  11. Develop and maintain reusable project assets
Qualifications:
  1. 10+ years of project delivery management experience in business consulting, systems development, and integration
  2. Experience leading large-scale CRM projects, especially in the $10–20 million range
  3. Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability
  4. Experience leading teams
  5. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
  6. Experience with CRM software (Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
  7. Experience with CCaaS is a plus
  8. Financial Services experience is highly desired
Certifications (Nice to have):
  1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  2. Other Microsoft Dynamics certifications
  3. CAPM
  4. CPMP
  5. PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner
