Job Description
About the Role:

The Program Engagement Lead is responsible for defining and overseeing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects. The Delivery Lead will lead teams of Technical Solution Architects, Business Analysts, developers, and Testers through road mapping, requirement definition, solution design, configuration/coding, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. The Delivery Lead should possess a strong blend of skills in business analysis and project management and will act as a trusted advisor to the customer. Managing client expectations, project scope, and demonstrating strong leadership skills are essential. The ability to engage with all levels of the client's team, providing recommendations and proactive best practice advice throughout all phases of the service delivery cycle, is also critical.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria
  2. Work with clients on creating and executing the overall project plan
  3. Oversee all project deliverables ensuring adherence to Capgemini methodology and best practices
  4. Provide overall project communication
  5. Deliver regular project status updates and burn reports to the client
  6. Identify, track, and help resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies
  7. Manage scope and track change requests
  8. Manage client relationships at the project level
  9. Collaborate with Microsoft or other partners for assigned engagements
  10. Establish resource plans to match budgets and track burn
  11. Drive project activities ensuring team members meet deadlines, complete timesheets, and expense reports
  12. Develop and maintain reusable project assets
