Cognizant in Montreal seeks an experienced Technical Lead for the AMER Migration Squad. Based on-site, you will provide technical leadership, engage stakeholders face-to-face, and coordinate across global teams for migration planning and execution.

You will manage risks and dependencies, act as the program’s on-the-ground ambassador, and drive delivery success for the RTA Atlantic and Copper portfolios in the Canada region.

• Extensive experience in technical leadership within large-scale transformation, migration, or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proven experience working with geographically distributed teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes in complex environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and delivery management capabilities.
• Based in Montreal and available for regular in-person stakeholder interactions.

Job Title: Technical Lead - AMER Migration Squad (Montreal)

Location: Montreal, Canada

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead based in Montreal to provide technical leadership and serve as the primary on-site representative for the AMER region. This role will support both the RTA Atlantic and Copper portfolios, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, delivery support, and regional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
