Job summary

AltaGas Ltd. is seeking a Projects Engineering Co-op Student to support planning, design, execution, and delivery of capital projects in the Midstream business.

You will work with experienced engineers and project professionals across multiple project stages and may travel to facilities and sites to support field activities. Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an Engineering co-op program pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Process, or related Engineering discipline.
• Available to complete a 16-month co-op work term beginning in January 2027.
• Willingness to travel to project and operational sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and execution of capital projects.
• Assist with technical reviews, project documentation, and engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to support project objectives.
• Contribute to cost, schedule, risk, and project performance monitoring.
