  • Perform high‑level portfolio energy analysis using energy planning tools.
Design Review & Project Support
  • Review mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings against net‑zero and high‑performance goals.
  • Provide clear technical recommendations and present results to clients and internal teams.
  • Support sustainability strategies and submissions for green building certifications.
  • Contribute to resiliency, energy planning, and high‑performance community initiatives.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams; lead others as needed.
  • Conduct research and deliver data‑driven insights for both internal and client‑facing projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of our consulting tools, strategies, and methodologies.
What will make you successful:
  • 5+ years conducting ASHRAE‑level energy audits, energy modelling, or sustainability consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls, envelope, etc.).

  • Ability to perform HVAC load calculations and life‑cycle cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the GTA and occasionally across Canada.
