Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer operations, order management, sales operations, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience leading complex customer projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from initiation through completion.
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure, critical power, data center environments, electrical systems, supply chain operations, and fulfillment processes.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with distributors, channel partners, or inside sales teams (asset).

Join Schneider Electric's Canadian Secure Power Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) team as a Sales Execution Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support the execution of customer projects and orders by coordinating activities across sales, customer care, factories, logistics teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

You will help ensure projects move efficiently from order placement through delivery and invoicing, while providing operational support to the sales team and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to build experience in project coordination, operations, and the data center industry.

What will you do?
