Schneider Electric's Solar & Storage team is seeking a highly motivated Power Electronics and Controls Specialist with strong expertise in the development of solar, battery energy storage, EV charging, and grid-interactive power conversion systems.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the architecture, design, control, validation, certification, and industrialization of next‑generation energy products. This individual will lead the development of advanced power electronics hardware and controls, conduct system‑level trade‑off studies, support certification and compliance activities, and drive products from concept through production.

The expected pay range is CAD 114,750 - CAD 162,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives.
