Job summary

Yochana in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Junior Endpoint Engineering Specialist to support endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and compliance. You will work closely with senior engineers to maintain secure and reliable endpoint services.

The role involves hands-on work with Intune, MECM, Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365, plus documentation, Jira/ServiceNow tasks, and participation in endpoint projects within a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration or IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MECM, Windows endpoint management and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience deploying software, patching and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting tools is an asset.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support endpoint management platforms such as Intune, MECM, Entra ID and Defender for Endpoint.
• Assist with software deployments, device configuration, policy updates and compliance monitoring.
• Help validate changes and maintain endpoint management documentation.
• Provide technical support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests; troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Escalate complex problems and assist with root cause analysis.
