Job summary

Concert Properties is hiring an Endpoint Specialist who will own configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of corporate end-user devices. The role focuses on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech within Concert’s Digital Experience standards.

You will build and refine automated provisioning, maintain device inventories, and manage MDM/MAM policies to protect data while ensuring a positive user experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience in an enterprise Microsoft environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Online administration, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and update rings for Windows and iOS devices.
  • Package, test, and deploy end-user applications to keep installs current and require minimal IT intervention.
  • Monitor device compliance and Windows Update rings; remediate non-compliant devices and report metrics monthly.
