Job summary

Toyota Canada Inc. is seeking an End User Technology Solutions Architect to lead the evolution of our digital workplace. This 12-month contract role will head strategy, deliver high‑impact deployments, and bridge UX with IT infrastructure for the Information Services team.

You will mentor the team, shape the endpoint ecosystem strategy, and drive security, lifecycle, and collaboration standards while aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• University Degree and/or college diploma in computer science or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in End User Computing (EUC), IT infrastructure architecture, or systems engineering.
• 2+ years leading end user technology changes and mentoring technical teams.
• Hands-on architectural experience with UEM platforms (Intune, Bigfix, VMware, AWS EUC).
• Windows 11, macOS, MDM for iOS/Android, and meeting room hardware knowledge.
• Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID and Okta identities.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Strong stakeholder management and business-language communication.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership as SME, 3rd level support, and mentoring.
• Deliver backlog input and prioritize workplace technology deployments.
• Provide escalation coaching for end user technology issues.
• Set objectives for delivery and support of technical projects.
• Develop architectural blueprints, knowledge bases, and training materials.
• Design endpoint strategy and roadmap for end‑user ecosystems.
• Create high‑level and detailed designs for management of end‑user tech.
• Govern endpoint configuration, security alignment, and deployment governance.
• Assess and evaluate standard and non‑standard applications for end‑points.
