A leading financial services provider is looking for an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee hardware and software asset lifecycle, including acquisition, tracking, and audits. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of relevant experience, solid understanding of ITAM practices, and intermediate Excel skills. This hybrid role is based in Toronto and offers a comprehensive benefits package aimed at empowering employee success.
This role is accountable for the hardware and software asset lifecycle including acquisition, tracking, reconciliation and decommission. This includes managing the hardware and software attestation process, reconciliation of software licenses to vendor agreements and accurate tracking and allocation of hardware assets.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, End-user Services
