Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Store Infrastructure Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of store infrastructure programs, coordinating across application, hardware, vendors and business teams to ensure readiness and smooth handoffs.

This role partners with Store Operations, Infrastructure and external partners to drive deployment readiness, governance, and risk management while maintaining executive visibility and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-functional infrastructure projects or modernization programs.
• Strong planning, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of store infrastructure projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application Delivery, Store Technology, Vendors, Store Operations, Dealers, and DWGs.
• Drive deployment readiness and execution, ensuring stores are prepared and business disruption is minimized.
• Serve as the primary project lead and escalation point, facilitating decision-making and resolving delivery challenges.
• Provide governance, stakeholder management, and project reporting to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability.
• Oversee operational transition and hypercare activities to ensure successful handoff into support.
