Qualifications

  • University degree in a related field with relevant experience.
  • Three years progressive payroll experience or five years with equivalent diploma.
  • Experience with payroll systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Process Bi-weekly and monthly payroll including time entries and adjustments.
  • Administer payroll and benefits in compliance with policies and laws.
  • Maintain payroll records and reconcile data for accuracy.
  • Prepare annual payroll reporting and T4s.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from staff and managers.
