Job summary

École McTavish High School in Fort McMurray, Alberta, is seeking a High School Social Studies teacher for grades 10/20/30 on a temporary basis from September 28, 2026, to June 29, 2027, or until the incumbent returns. The position is a 1.0 FTE role based at École McTavish High School.

The successful candidate will hold Alberta Teaching Certificate or be eligible to obtain one, possess knowledge of relevant curricula, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.

Qualifications
