Job summary

Liebherr Canada Ltd. seeks a Divisional Director - Earthmoving Technology to lead Canada-wide sales, service, parts and remanufacturing for EMT.

You will drive customer development, strategic sales and marketing, forecasting and P&L performance, working across divisions to maximize profitability and alignment with Liebherr-Canada’s goals. You will oversee forecasting, asset management and data-driven decision making, building strong customer relationships and engaging key accounts while guiding

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive/senior leadership experience.
• Experience leading sales, service, parts and remanufacturing functions.
• Proven P&L, forecasting, liquidity and asset management ability.
• Professional English and French language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of EMT sales, service, parts, and remanufacturing within Canada.
• Translate divisional objectives into measurable strategies and performance targets for the Canadian market.
• Lead forecasting, asset management, liquidity, and P&L management for the division.
• Use data and BI to evaluate performance, adjust strategy, and drive improvement.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with revenue growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to diversify beyond traditional market strongholds in Canada.
• Strengthen customer relationships using CRM tools and stakeholder networks.
• Collaborate across divisions to advance divisional and company objectives.
• Coach and develop a high-performing, diverse team and foster an inclusive culture.
