Job summary

Canadian National Institute for the Blind in Moncton, NB is seeking a Program Lead to oversee CNIB client-focused programs within the Mobile Hub and Technology portfolios. You will travel across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, delivering demonstrations and building community partnerships.

You will recruit and train volunteers, manage program implementations, and ensure high-quality participant outcomes through accessible technology and engaging education.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver Mobile Hubs across NB/PEI.
• Provide information and demos for SmartLife products.
• Operate a POS system to process sales and track transactions.
• Conduct invitation and follow-up calls to participants.
• Launch volunteer-led socials in New Brunswick communities.
• Develop implementation plans for CNIB programs and tech.
• Train staff and volunteers in accessible technology.
• Manage travel, events, and program delivery.
