Job summary

ZSA Canada, a boutique firm focusing on management-side employment law and workplace investigations, is looking for an Associate to join its team in Toronto.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience advising employers on litigation and HR matters, including arbitrations and investigations. While French language skills are not required, fluency will be given special consideration.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience advising employers on litigation and HR matters.
• Experience with arbitrations and workplace investigations is a plus.
