ZSA Canada is seeking an Associate with at least 2 years of experience advising employers on litigation, arbitrations, and HR matters to join its boutique employment law and investigations practice.

Fluency in French is advantageous but not required; the firm values practical judgment, strong writing, and the ability to handle sensitive workplace investigations. You will contribute to client counseling, investigations, and risk management discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience advising employers on litigation, arbitrations, and HR matters.
• Experience handling workplace investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in a professional setting.

Responsabilités

• Advise employers on litigation and HR issues as they arise.
• Lead and contribute to workplace investigations with careful documentation.
