This role focuses on providing strategic support and advice on various employment law matters, working collaboratively with senior counsel on litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 5–7 years of experience in employment law, with strong skills in drafting agreements, advising clients, and managing multiple priorities. Salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $165,000.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of post‑call experience practicing employment law.
• Strong experience advising employers on workplace matters.
• Experience with employment-related disputes, including wrongful dismissal.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law matters across various industries.
• Draft and review employment agreements and workplace policies.
• Support employment litigation matters in collaboration with senior counsel.
