Formación

• Secondary School graduation or equivalent (GED).
• 1+ years experience delivering high standard of client service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience providing services to clients experiencing poverty, substance use, or mental health issues.

Responsabilidades

• Organize workload and set priorities to meet performance targets.
• Gather information to assess eligibility for supports and services.
• Communicate decisions with compassion during difficult conversations.
