Overview of the Role

The position is responsible for picking, shipping, and receiving in the Distribution Centre. Load co-ordination, report reproduction and report maintenance are also part of the regular duties. The position reports to the Distribution Centre Supervisor.

Schedule: Must be available to rotate on these shifts:

• Morning: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Hourly salary:

• Starting Rate:80% of full rate,$22.43
• After 2,000 hours:90% of full rate,$25.24
• After an additional 2,000 hours:100% of full rate,$28.04
• Premiums: $1 (from 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM), $1.30 (from 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

How you will make contributions that matter:

• Picking orders in a cold environment -18 C to 5o C environment
• Product verification
• Product rotation
• Inventory counts (monthly)

• Proficiency in deep reach truck operation is required
• Good organizational skills
• Good communications skills
• Able to work in and be an active participant on a team
• Previous warehouse experience
• Able to work in an efficient, professional, and safe manner
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work flexible hours as needed
