Overview Of The Role
The position is responsible for picking, shipping, and receiving in the Distribution Centre. Load co-ordination, report reproduction and report maintenance are also part of the regular duties. The position reports to the Distribution Centre Supervisor.
Schedule: Must be available to rotate on these shifts:
- Morning: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Hourly salary:
- Starting Rate: 80% of full rate, $22.43
- After 2,000 hours: 90% of full rate, $25.24
- After an additional 2,000 hours: 100% of full rate, $28.04
- Premiums: $1 (from 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM), $1.30 (from 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

How you will make contributions that matter:
- Picking orders in a cold environment -18 C to 5o C environment
- Product verification
- Product rotation
- Inventory counts (monthly)
- Warehouse cleaning
- Loading/unloading of trucks as required
- Manual documentation
- Other duties as required
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in deep reach truck operation is required
- Good organizational skills
- Good communications skills
- Attention to details
- Able to work in and be an active participant on a team
- Previous warehouse experience
- Able to work in an efficient, professional, and safe manner
- Some computer skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Able to work flexible hours as needed
