Job description

THE ROLE

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team, welcoming candidates with all levels of experience from minimal to well-seasoned warehouse management.

This is a permanent position based in our well-designed and furnished office. Typical hours are from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday, with some irregular or extended hours depending on project needs.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Loading and unloading trucks with supplies, products, and equipment
  • Palletizing products according to product numbers and orders
  • Preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy
  • Operating pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Performing general cleaning duties
  • Maintaining warehouse organization and procedures
  • Delivering small orders to homes and offices using a van or 5-ton truck
  • Assisting with installations as needed
  • Adhering to all safety procedures
  • Driving a 5-ton truck
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid driver’s license (no restrictions)
  • Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Interest in continuous learning
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy boxes
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience and certification (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and related programs
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
