Job summary

Acera Insurance is seeking a Client Executive, Signature Insurance to manage a high net-worth client portfolio and provide expert service. You will relay technical knowledge to clients in person, by email, and over the phone, supported by a strong brand and community presence.

The role covers servicing an existing book, writing new business, and driving up-sell and cross-sell initiatives with a professional team backing you.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of personal insurance experience required.
• Level 2 Insurance License preferred.
• CAIB or CIP designation seen as an asset.
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to an existing book of business.
• Write new business and participate in up-sell / cross-sell initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.
• Perform duties as directed by management and support team.
