Job summary

JDASS Corp. in Mississauga is seeking a motivated Junior Web Designer & OTA Coordinator to support WordPress websites and manage OTA listings. The role combines hands-on site maintenance with updating room rates, availability, and promotional content.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate lead records in Excel or Google Sheets, monitor bookings, and assist with basic SEO and content updates. Prior WordPress experience is preferred, with an eye for detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Previous experience with OTA or hotel booking portals is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Update website pages, text, images, banners, forms, and other website content.
• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor.
• Troubleshoot basic website, layout, plugin, and content-related issues.
• Ensure websites are functional, responsive, user-friendly, and regularly updated.
• Perform basic on-page SEO and website optimization.
• Assist with website improvements and content updates.
• Coordinate with developers or external technical support when required.
• Manage hotel listings across OTA platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and other travel portals.
• Update room rates, availability, promotions, descriptions, images, and property information.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, availability, and OTA messages.
• Ensure hotel information is accurate and consistent across all OTA platforms.
• Assist with maintaining and improving OTA listings and online visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding availability, rates, promotions, and booking-related updates.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues on OTA platforms.
