Job summary

TD Bank Group in Windsor, Ontario is hiring Developing Investment Advisors into our Developing Investment Advisor Program. This specialized program builds knowledge in technical, financial, and interpersonal areas to accelerate your path to a successful client portfolio serving high-net-worth clients.

Enhanced coaching and in-branch training are provided. You will build relationships, advise on investments, construct portfolios, and collaborate with TD Partners to deliver goal-based wealth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing, sales or relationship role.
• Deep knowledge of investments, markets and portfolio management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial experience with prospecting and relationship building.
• Life Insurance LLQP license to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of HNW/UHNW clients, families and business owners.
• Develop wealth management and investment strategies for clients.
• Make portfolio construction, security selection and rebalancing recommendations.
• Execute a business plan to grow client base and referrals.
• Develop sales strategies to attract, acquire and retain clients and referrals.
• Collaborate with TD Partners to provide goal-based wealth advice.
