Job summary

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Roadside Assistance Agent to be the first point of contact for drivers across Canada. You will calm, reassure and coordinate prompt service dispatch for incidents like flat tires, locked keys, or non-starting vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume emergency calls from customers needing immediate roadside assistance.
• Collect critical information (location, vehicle details, issue) quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate services (towing, locksmith, battery boost) across Canada.
• Remain calm under pressure, especially in emergency situations.
• Deliver empathetic communication that calms anxious or upset customers.
• Use internal systems to track service provider availability and job progress.
• Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with efficiency and focus.

We are seeking compassionate, quick-thinking, and highly organized individuals to join our Emergency Roadside Assistance team. As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in distress across Canada — including those stranded on the 400-series highways. Whether it's a flat tire, keys locked inside, or a car that won't start, your role is to provide immediate reassurance and coordinate prompt service dispatch.

Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour

What You'll Do
