Qualifications

• 5 years experience in the Restoration (Large Loss) or Construction industry preferred.
• Detailed understanding of the reconstruction process.
• Knowledge of building codes regulating construction trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with Project Manager, sub trades and homeowners.
• Provide regular status reports on claim progress.
• Ensure adherence to Emergency Phase and Repair Phase timelines.
