Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a competitive alpine ski racing program or similar high-performance sport environment.
• Strategic mindset to develop and execute a long-term vision for athlete & program success.
• Exceptional leadership to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop coaches across all age groups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with parents, coaches, athletes, and club leadership.
• Passion for athlete development beyond results, emphasizing sportsmanship and character.

Responsibilities

• Lead the alpine program strategy across all levels of the organization.
