Craigleith Ski Club in Ontario invites applications for a Performance Program Director. This full-time, year-round leadership role focuses on shaping athlete development pathways, supporting coach growth, and fostering a high-performance culture on and off the hill.
The role coordinates program planning, athlete development, coach collaboration, events, and on-snow leadership across racing programs for U10/U12, U14 OCup, U16 OCup, and NZ FIS.

Craigleith Ski Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Performance Program Director to help lead the next chapter of our Alpine Performance Programs. This is an opportunity to shape athlete development pathways, support coach growth, foster a high-performance culture, and help create an environment where athletes can thrive both on and off the hill. Working closely with the Alpine Program Manager, the successful candidate will support the continued evolution of Craigleith’s U10/U12 Racing, U14 OCup, U16 OCup, and NZ FIS Programs with a focus on athlete experience, long‑term participation, and competitive progression. This full‑time, year‑round leadership role combines program planning, athlete development, coach collaboration, event coordination, and meaningful on‑snow leadership throughout the winter season.
