Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring Product Testers in Brampton for a 6-month contract to test and process consumer electronics in a busy warehouse environment. You will test devices, troubleshoot issues, and prepare items for refurbishment or resale while maintaining data privacy and accuracy.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working 32 hours per week, and availability Mon-Sat with weekend participation. Experience with Windows and Excel is helpful, plus a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience testing consumer electronics is a plus.
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing on returned/refurbished electronics to determine operability or need for repair.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate a variety of consumer electronics including laptops, smartphones, and wearables.
• Process devices through the proper workflow and document outcomes.
