Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking a Talented Passionate Leader to join our store management team, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will lead and coach colleagues, uphold merchandising and operational standards, and assume accountability for departmental results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or food service management experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience.
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
• Previous management experience in retail or food services.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment.
