Real Canadian Superstore in Manitoba, part of Loblaw Companies, is seeking Talented Passionate Leaders as a Store Manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will influence daily operations and guide a team in a unionized environment.

You’ll anticipate customer needs, coach colleagues, uphold merchandising standards, and be accountable for departmental results. Evening and weekend availability is required; experience in retail or food service is preferred.
