CAE in Montreal is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on critical industrial equipment. You will be responsible for retrofitting installations, calibrating machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
The ideal candidate has a diploma in Industrial Mechanics and knowledge of various industrial equipment. This full-time position follows an evening shift schedule after a training period.

From assembly and testing to final production, our teams contribute to world‑class products that support safety and mission readiness. By joining CAE, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment critical to operations.
The position follows a full‑time schedule of 5 days per week. During the initial training period (approximately 3–4 months), employees will work a combination of shifts, including 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Upon successful completion of the training period, the regular schedule will transition to a full‑time evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Union position: selection based on seniority and qualification. Candidates must pass written and practical tests.
