Job summary

BlueCrest is seeking an Onsite/Field Technician to keep electromechanical equipment running for corporate clients, perform preventative maintenance, and repair large high-volume mailing systems. You will be the front line of customer service and support, often working at client sites.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years troubleshooting complex mechanical equipment, strong electro-mechanical skills, and 2+ years building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience troubleshooting complex mechanical equipment.
• Strong electro-mechanical equipment experience.
• 2+ years building and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot customer reported problems.
• Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations.
• Manage a queue of calls to ensure timely contact and closure.
