Job summary

Alstom in Toronto is seeking a full-time VIE - Electrification Project Coordinator to support the Electrification management team. You’ll coordinate interfaces across Engineering, Construction and PMO, and help consolidate KPIs via dashboards and documentation workflows.

You’ll prepare internal and external reporting, maintain deliverables, and engage with suppliers and customers while leveraging Excel and Power BI. Strong English, analytical mindset and PMO familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields with strong project exposure.
• Desirable Master’s in related fields or PM leadership certs.
• Knowledge of Electrification subsystems and PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces and communications between project teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage internal and external project reporting with KPI dashboards.
• Consolidate and analyze project data using Excel and Power BI.
• Support governance activities, meetings, action tracking and logs.
• Maintain Electrification Deliverables List and document workflows.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, assist with business cases and approvals.
• Prepare meeting minutes, presentations and management reports.
