Location: 12468 79 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 8C4

• Salary: $32.50/hour, 40 hours/week
• Terms: Permanent, Full-time, Flexible hours
• Vacancies: 2

Responsibilities

• Install underground wiring and cables
• Splice, join, and connect wires
• Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults, and circuit integrity
• Troubleshoot and isolate faults
• Connect power to audio and visual equipment
• Install surface mount and overhead cables
• Install power generation and conditioning systems
• Ground and bond electrical equipment and structures
• Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and drawings

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• English language skills
