About Us

Vari-Form Manufacturing Inc., part of Flex-N-Gate, specializes in environmentally friendly, lightweight automotive components using water forming technology, supporting industry electrification.

The Position

• Two-week rotation: Days, Nights, Afternoons
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Program and maintain PLCs for production efficiency
• Replace wiring and perform electrical installations
• Participate in continuous improvement and environmental goals
• Support launches and production with overtime as needed
• Interpret electrical drawings
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Offer

• $41.48/hour, plus shift premiums
• $46.48/hour for Dual Trade certification

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate of Qualification in Industrial/Construction Electrician (Ontario recognized)
• 3-5 years' automotive experience
• Experience with motors, switches, drives, PLCs, robots, sensors
• Knowledge of electrical codes, hydraulics, robotics, pneumatics, welding
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
