Job summary

Moore & Russell, a division of RT Holdings Inc (Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning), is seeking energetic Electricians for on-site residential work in Port Coquitlam, BC. You will lead electrical and HVAC projects, perform service and install tasks on air conditioners, heat pumps, and heating systems, and educate customers about their electrical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates are journeypersons or apprentices with 309A/309C licenses, familiar with Generac generators, HVAC and plumbing,

Qualifications

• Journeyperson certification with FSR or Apprentice / 309A or 309C with Master Electrician license.
• Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Safety minded with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead in successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects.
• Perform residential service and install work on HVAC systems and related electrical components.
• Educate customers on operation of their electrical infrastructure.
• Complete general and specific electrical inspections.
• Promote Right Time products and services while ensuring you do not upsell unnecessary repairs.

What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Electricians to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.

• Journeypersons Certification with FSR or Apprentice / Licensed 309A or 309C with a valid Master Electrician License
• Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing (Asset)
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively individually and within a team environment
• Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn.

What will you do:

We want our Electricians to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

• Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects
• Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems
• Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives
• Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure
• Complete general and specific Electrical inspections
• Promote Right Time products and services on every call
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
• Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded electricians.
